Rare colour changing dolphin making a splash at Japanese aquarium

A rare albino dolphin that turns pink whenever it gets flushed is making waves at an aquarium with people lining up to watch the dolphin swim.

A bottle nose dolphin has enthralled crowds at an aquarium in Japan.

What makes the albino dolphin special is that it turns pink when it gets flushed from activity.

Bottle nose dolphins are normally grey and the albino dolphins are stark white and can easily be spotted when swimming with grey bottle noses. They don’t normally turn pink.

Unfortunately, they are easily spotted in the ocean and therefore don’t live as long as their grey counterparts.
