Bust your boredom.

Jack Parrow and GoGo Mashville

The Afrikaans rapper will be performing live at Firkin Pub in Centurion this Friday. If leopard caps and vests aren’t your thing, swing by for a delicious meal and a drink and enjoy the country sounds of GoGo Mashville before Mr Parrow hits the stage.

Entrance fee is R60. The show starts at 8 pm.

Music quiz night

The Jacaranda Children’s Home are hosting a music quiz night to raise funds. Pack a picnic basket with your favourite snacks and sweets, bring your friends and join in the fun.

The event takes place on 7 March at the Jacaranda Children’s Home Hall. The dress code is 1920’s Great Gatsby.

Booking is essential. To participate costs R50 per person.

Woofstock

Woofstock is a new music festival aimed at bringing awareness to animals in townships and less privileged communities.

All dogs are welcome to join in the festivities that will take place at Harlequin’s Rugby Club on 8 March. The event starts at 10:00.

All proceeds will go to PETS (Pet Empowerment in Townships).
