Isuzu Motors South Africa is celebrating 60 years of truck production and 45 years of bakkie manufacturing in the country, which further solidifies the Japanese automaker’s legacy as one of South Africa’s leading Original Equipment Manufacturers.

Isuzu has experienced significant change during this time, including its evolution from General Motors and Delta to becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of Isuzu Motors Limited in January 2018.
