Mazda South Africa (MSA) is undergoing a strategic evolution, marked by a brand refresh, a new headquarters, and a commitment to stronger customer connections.

A modern workplace for a modern era

MSA’s new headquarters in Hertford Office Park, Midrand, reflects the brand’s repositioning. It is designed for a hybrid work environment and prioritises employee well-being and work-life balance. This move acknowledges the shift in how companies operate and how employees thrive in today’s world.

“We saw an opportunity to create a space that aligns with Mazda’s evolving brand identity,” says Craig Roberts, MD of Mazda Southern Africa. “The new office fosters a more collaborative and productive work environment for our team.”

Prioritising customer connections

Recognising the importance of seamless communication, MSA is introducing a dedicated customer service line reachable via WhatsApp and phone call on 0861 370 134. This open line allows for easier customer interaction and MSA’s head office.

“Effective communication is crucial for brand success,” says Roberts. “Our dedicated WhatsApp number simplifies communication and strengthens relationships with our valued customers.”
