Under the hood, the new Land Cruiser Prado boasts a 150kW 2.8l turbodiesel engine paired with an advanced eight-speed Direct Shift automatic transmission. This powerful combination allows the Prado to tow up to 3 500kg, making it a robust choice for those who need to haul heavy loads. The interior caters to various needs with either five or seven-seat configurations, all designed to reflect the strength and functionality of a true off-roader.

The Prado line-up includes three variants, each offering substantial improvements in driveability, technology, and design, consistent with the Land Cruiser legacy. The base TX variant is well-equipped with features like a fully leather-upholstered cabin, heated seats for both the driver and passenger, a heated steering wheel, a heads-up display, and a wireless charging station.

Stepping up to the VX-R variant adds even more luxury and convenience, including a digital rear-view mirror and a larger infotainment screen. However, the pinnacle of the new Land Cruiser Prado range is the First Edition, available only in limited numbers and for a limited period. This exclusive model stands out with its classic round headlamps, a nod to traditional Land Cruiser design, as opposed to the rectangular headlamps found on the TX and VX-R variants.

The all-new Land Cruiser Prado continues Toyota’s legacy of producing vehicles that combine rugged capability with modern amenities. Whether navigating city streets or tackling challenging off-road terrain, the Prado promises a reliable and comfortable driving experience. Its blend of advanced technology, powerful performance, and classic design elements ensures it remains a top choice for those seeking adventure without compromising on luxury and comfort.
