Watch: George building collapse survivor shares his story

A supervisor rescued from the construction site says he was on the fourth level when the disaster happened.

Moses Malala, who was on-site when the George Neo Victoria multi-storey apartment block collapsed on Monday, spoke to George Herald earlier today.

Malala, who has minor injuries and is now back on-site assisting with rescue efforts, said he heard a loud noise and rumble before the building collapsed. He was on the fourth level at the time.

One of 10 people rescued on Monday, Malala has worked on-site for seven months.
