Video: Man fatally shot in Kibler Park

Investigations are underway after a man was killed while having his car washed in Johannesburg.

Mondeor police have opened a murder case following a shooting at Supa Wash car wash near Astron Garage in Kibler Park, reports Southern Courier.

Captain Tintswalo Sibeko of Mondeor SAPS confirmed that no arrests have been made yet.

“The motive for the shooting incident is currently unknown, and an investigation is underway,” Sibeko said.

An unconfirmed source claimed the man worked for a local security company and was getting his car washed when the shooting occurred.

The male is believed to be in his early 30s.

SAPS and forensics are currently attending the scene.
