Man murdered in Pacaltsdorp: Woman expected in court
A 40-year-old woman is scheduled to appear in a George court today, after the man she reportedly dated was stabbed.
An alleged domestic altercation resulted in the death of a 46-year-old man from Rosedale in Pacaltsdorp on Friday.
According to Southern Cape police spokesperson Sergeant Chris Spies, a woman (40) was arrested shortly after the incident.
“It is alleged that the couple had an altercation when the victim sustained a stab wound to the arm. Emergency personnel responded to the incident and on arrival declared the victim deceased,” adds Spies.
The suspect was arrested on the scene and will remain in custody.
She is expected to appear in the George Magistrate’s Court today on a charge of murder.
