Looking for the perfect mid-week snack? These chicken wings are a winning choice, effortlessly cooked in an air fryer. The wings come out crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, with a bold kick from the harissa and a sweet, sticky finish from the hot honey. Recipe compliments of Instant Pot.

Ingredients
- Olive oil
- 50ml Pesto Princess Harissa Paste
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 50ml honey, warmed until runny
- Salt
- 1kg fresh chicken wings
For the dip
- 150ml thick Greek yoghurt
- 30ml mayonnaise
- Pesto Princess Basil & Lemon Pesto
- Half a lemon
Method
- In a large dish, combine 30ml of olive oil with Pesto Princess Harissa Paste, garlic, hot honey and a pinch of salt. Add the chicken wings, coating thoroughly in the marinade.
- Place the chicken wings into the air fryer and choose the ‘Air fry’ mode. Select 200°C and air-fry for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, prepare the dip by combining the yoghurt with the mayonnaise and stirring through 15ml lemon juice and 30ml Pesto Princess Basil & Lemon Pesto.
- Serve alongside the chicken wings with extra lemon wedges for squeezing over.
