The wings come out crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, with a bold kick from the harissa and a sweet, sticky finish from the hot honey. Recipe compliments of Instant Pot.

Method

  1. In a large dish, combine 30ml of olive oil with Pesto Princess Harissa Paste, garlic, hot honey and a pinch of salt. Add the chicken wings, coating thoroughly in the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken wings into the air fryer and choose the ‘Air fry’ mode. Select 200°C and air-fry for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare the dip by combining the yoghurt with the mayonnaise and stirring through 15ml lemon juice and 30ml Pesto Princess Basil & Lemon Pesto.
  4. Serve alongside the chicken wings with extra lemon wedges for squeezing over.
