Single-owner private collection of fine wine going under the hammer

With all vintages from the 2000 to 2019 on auction, this is a rare opportunity to purchase fine wines close to maturity.

The impressive collection offers depth across many categories and styles, all meticulously collected and stored, allowing buyers a look into unique and interesting wines seldom listed on local platforms, along with big names from established regions and producers.

Strauss & Co is proud to unlock their first offering from a remarkable private cellar of a respected collector in their July timed online wine auction.

On a local front, the highlights are spearheaded by all the modern era 100 Pointers, with Sadie Family Columella & Skurfberg, Porseleinberg, Kanonkop Paul Sauer, Boschkloof Epilogue and Mullineux Olerasay all part of the catalogue.

Early vintages of David & Nadia and Kaapzicht 1947 and the full range from the coveted Alheit Family Vineyards highlight a mouthwatering selection of top Cape Chenin blancs.
