Making smashed avocado and pea dip

Combining the creamy goodness of avocados with the sweet and nutritious peas, this dip is perfect for any occasion.

Smashed Avocado and Pea Dip is quick and easy to make and pairs wonderfully with a variety of dishes.

Serve with fresh vegetable sticks like carrots, bell peppers, and cucumber, or, for a more substantial snack, pair it with whole-grain crackers or pita chips. This dip also makes an excellent spread on toast, bagels or braaied roosterkoek.
