In Disney’s latest rendition of the lovely story, a beautiful and pure-hearted young feather-winged woman, Maleficent, lives a wonderful life in a forest kingdom.

When humans threaten the tranquility of her land, she becomes its fiercest protector, however, she is betrayed and the act turns her pure heart to stone.

She becomes bent on revenge, battles the humans and places a curse on the King’s newborn infant, Aurora.

As Aurora becomes older, Maleficent realises that there is much more to the girl, and true happiness.
