Is your child begging you to make them pancake cereal for breakfast? Pancake cereal and other mini foods turned into breakfast cereal are all the rage on social media (TikTok features loads of pancake cereal videos).
While you might not be up to rolling a batch of mini croissants, mini pancakes are low effort enough to be fun and make for awesome social media pictures.
Most children – even older ones – like assisting in the kitchen. They enjoy stirring and mixing and are very hands-on.
While making pancake cereal, encourage your child to utilise their senses by smelling the syrup, touching the flour, and even tasting an ingredient before putting it in the mixing bowl.
