Serenading the Untamed

Kruger Untamed’s Tshokwane River Camp will host an intimate lifestyle experience for discerning nature enthusiasts.

“Serenading the Untamed” will blend wildlife encounters, luxury glamping, and gourmet food and wine, culminating in an unplugged performance by acclaimed musician Craig Hinds.

Set in one of Kruger National Park’s most game-rich areas, this exclusive, low-impact event merges pristine wilderness with bespoke lifestyle experiences. Guests will enjoy gourmet cuisine, wine tastings, and expert ranger-led safari activities, all while staying in luxurious, eco-conscious tented suites that blend into the surrounding environment. The weekend’s highlight is an intimate, starlit performance by Craig Hinds, frontman of the multi-platinum-selling South African group Watershed. Hinds will serenade guests in a dry riverbed setting, his acoustic melodies harmonising with the sounds of the African bush.

This setting provides an immersive experience in Kruger’s wilderness, making it a sought-after destination for discerning nature enthusiasts. Guests stay in spacious, luxurious tented suites hidden among riparian forests of leadwood, rain, and sausage trees.

Between safari activities in Kruger Untamed’s private concession and relaxing in the elegant lounging areas around the dry riverbed, guests will enjoy curated wine tastings of Hinds’ wines, created with Cellarmaster Danie Steytler Junior of Kaapzicht Wine Estate.
