Braai pork chops with cheesy braai broodjie

Marinate some pork chops with your favourite blend of herbs and spices, light up the braai, and treat your family to a yummy mid-week meal.

When cooked over an open flame, pork loin chops develop a deliciously smoky crust while retaining their juicy interior. Marinate your pork chops before braaiing with a mix of lemon juice, maple syrup, and your favourite herbs, and spices. Recipe compliments of Eskort.
