Ingredients

  • 2-3 chicken breasts leftover
  • 2 cups (500ml) mashed potatoes

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Roughly shred left-over chicken into an oven dish. Pour the stew juices over the chicken.
  3. Spread cooked mashed potato over the chicken.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until charred on top.
