Sip into Spring with passion fruit Martini

Passion Fruit Martini is an excellent choice for those who relish fruity, slightly sour cocktails with an elegant twist.

Passion fruit Martini is a tantalising blend of passion fruit puree, premium vodka, and a hint of citrus. Cheers to a taste of paradise in a glass!

Ingredients

  • 60 ml premium vodka
  • 30 ml passion fruit puree
  • 15 ml simple syrup
  • 15 ml fresh lime juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Passion fruit seeds or a slice of lime for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Begin by chilling a martini glass. You can do this by filling it with ice and cold water and letting it sit for a few minutes. Alternatively, place the glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes before you start making the cocktail.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, add the premium vodka, passion fruit puree, simple syrup, and fresh lime juice. Fill the shaker with ice cubes, ensuring it’s about two-thirds full.
  3. Seal the cocktail shaker tightly and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds. This will help chill the ingredients and create a nice frothy texture.
  4. After shaking, remove the ice from your chilled martini glass and strain the cocktail into the glass. You can use a cocktail strainer or a fine-mesh strainer to prevent any ice or pulp from getting into your martini.
  5. If desired, garnish your Passion Fruit Martini with a few passion fruit seeds or a thin slice of lime.

Note: Adjust the amount of simple syrup to your taste. If you prefer a sweeter martini, you can add a little more syrup. Conversely, if you like it more tart, reduce the syrup slightly.
