Sean Trimz releases catchy EP consisting of 10 tracks

Besides being an artist, Sean Trimz has an advertising qualification from Boston Media House

Hip-hop artist, Sean Trimz who’s been making waves in the music industry since 2015, has for the first time released a much anticipated EP titled No Validation.

The Vosloorus resident, whose real name is Dumisani Mlaudza, has for the past few years been releasing singles such as My Turn, Thang for ya, Eastside and Freedom.

His much-loved music has been featured as soundtracks on telenovela’s such as Isibaya, Isithembiso, Gomora and Isidingo.

The rapper released the No Validation EP on October 30 and within a few hours it was on the number one spot on iTunes (hip-hop/rap) charts.

“My EP consists of 10 tracks and they carry an electro mix of sounds and influences of RnB, afro-beat, trap and folk music. The reason why I’ve now released the EP is that I have now matured by understanding the business and entertainment side of the music industry,” Trimz said.

He has featured up-and-coming producers around East Rand such as Gray Beatz, Katt Effect, Pandamera, Street Carnivore and System.

” I have also been spending much time in studio with artists such as Basiq, Gray Beatz and Miss Charlie,” he said.

The 27-year-old song writer and producer is the proud owner of a recording company called Certified Clique Music. He is also advertising graduate from Boston Media House.

Trimz has shared stages with various hip hop giants and has performed at big events such as the ANC’s Siyanqoba Rally in Ellis Park and David Tlale’s fashion show which was held in Vosloorus.

The EP is available on all digital downloading and streaming platforms.
