The event will be held at Hirsch’s Meadowdale, 12 Herman Street, between 10am and 2pm.

To attend the event members of the public must  bring a bag of second hand clothes.

Members of the public can expect to get live food demonstrations on site, nutritionists, ready to mix banting products and much more at the event.

Hirsch’s has partnered with EarthBeat, an educational DSTV programme that focuses on sustainable environmental solutions, to collect second hand clothes for  Clothes2Good.

Clothes2Good is a national company that purchases second hand clothes, to raise money for sustainable education programmes for a variety of schools in the area.

All the proceeds raised from the collection of these clothes will go towards lesson plans on sustainable living for schools selected by Hirsch’s.
