A food festival for everyone at Emperors

The past weekend thousands of people braved the cold not to miss out on the festivities at the Emperors Food, Drink and Entertainment Festival.

If you weren’t there, you missed out on great fun!

The festival was an outing for everyone – young and old, couples, friends and families.

Going there alone would not have been a problem either – you definitely would’ve gone home knowing you’d made a bunch of new friends.

Themed lighting, backdrops and theatrics in the form of live music, street buskers, big screens and live sport were all aimed at creating a new world of escape.

The festival presented a fusion of culinary experiences and sensory delights created for those who want to escape to Eden for a day.

For four days specialties of different countries, such as Greece, Portugal, Russia, Germany and many more were on display to enjoy.

South Africa, however, was not forgotten.

The ‘Emperors Palate’ offered connoisseurs the opportunity to experience the finest wine estates, scotch-makers and distillers, the best meads, malts and fruits of the vine.
