Spectacular Cirque de la Symphonie set to thrill

The spectacular combination of circus and orchestra, the Cirque de la Symphonie, will perform at the Johannesburg Theatre on Friday, June 27, and Saturday, June 28, for three shows only.

The international production returns to Johannesburg after sold out performances last year.

Cirque de la Symphonie brings together the magic of circus and the musical splendour of an orchestra in one exciting show.

Performing artists will include veterans of top circus productions around the world and will feature aerial flyers, acrobats, contortionists, dancers, jugglers, balancers and strongmen.

Each performer’s act is professionally choreographed to classical music masterpieces and popular contemporary music, with maestro Theodore Kuchar and the KZN Philharmonic Orchestra in live performance.

Cirque de la Symphonie will be as spectacular to the ears as it is to the eyes.

Shows start at 8pm on Friday, and 3pm & 8pm on Saturday.
