Colourful paper plate fans will be a hit with the kids. Assist smaller children by performing the glueing for them. You can use a glue gun for speed if you keep it out of reach of small children.
What you need
- A paper plate
- Scissors
- Lollipop/craft sticks
- Markers
- Paint and brushes
- Glue
How to make it
- Fold the paper plate in half.
- Let your child paint their plate. Allow a few minutes for each side to dry before flipping over to paint the opposite side.
- Colour with markers once completely dry.
- Glue the craft sticks together at one end at a 90-degree angle, then adhere to the back of the plate.
- Allow the glue to dry before letting your child play with their fan.
