The former president's legal team will in February argue for leave to appeal the latest ruling in his long-running case.
The arms deal corruption case involving former president Jacob Zuma has been adjourned to February next year for an application for leave to appeal hearing.
This follows Pietermaritzburg High Court Judge Nkosinathi Chili’s reasons for dismissing Zuma’s March bid to have state prosecutor advocate Billy Downer recused.
It marked Zuma’s second attempt to remove Downer.
