Residents gathered at the Tsakani Stadium where they raised concerns such as unemployment and poor service delivery.

Kwatsaduza residents and those from surrounding Ekurhuleni communities gathered at Tsakani Stadium yesterday for the Presidential Imbizo.

The event aimed to assess progress on issues related to improving service delivery in the community.

Minister of Water and Sanitation Pemmy Majodina highlighted leaks as a cause of water issues in the area.

“Water is running down roads, even damaging them constantly. Residents need to help the municipality address these leaks and conserve water.

“Additionally, some people are stealing water by tapping into the system and taking what is not meant for them,” she explained.
