Ingredients
- 250 ml Blue Moscato Wine
- 125 ml Tequila
- 60 ml Triple Sec
- 125 m Fresh lime juice
- 60 ml Simple Syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 30 ml Blue Curacao
- Salt and lime wedges (for rimming the glasses)
- Mint leaves or edible flowers (for garnish (optional)
Method
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of each glass and dip it into salt. Set aside.
- In a blender, combine the blue Moscato, tequila, triple sec, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, blue Curacao, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the frozen mixture into the prepared glasses.
