Magic, the follow-up to this local group’s A Touch of Classic album, consists of 17 tracks that will feature the distinctive sounds of Ruhan du Toit’s voice and Deon van der Merwe’s guitar.
This time with a surprise or two, such as duets with local stars Monique Steyn and Coleske – to name just a few.
The recipe is a modern sound blended with classical tones.
Their repertoire consists of evergreen songs such as Purple Rain, Hallelujah (by Leonard Cohen), Vivo Perle, Elvis’s American Trilogy and more.
After their platinum success with The Sound of Silence, Magic is an extension of their unique sound, colouring well-known and loved songs with magic tones.
The new album was released in July and is already on the cusp of gold status.
This popular group is performing extensively across Southern Africa and will also be entertaining fans on the Afrikaans Is Groot stage again later this year.
