1918: Making Mandela

1918 marks the year late president Nelson Mandela was born and also the year that the Broederbond was established.

This unique play follows the journey of African culture and the Afrikaans culture and the struggle for freedom for all South Africans.

The show takes place at the South African State Theatre on 7 and 8 February.

Tickets are R40 to R80 per person.

Kewl Afrikaans Musiek fees

Some of the best Afrikaans singers and songwriters such as Bobby van Jaarsveld and Lianie May will be performing at this music fest.

The show will be held on the 7th of February at the Choose Life Church (589 Rubenstein Drive) and tickets are R260 per person.

The event starts at 12 pm and will continue until 7 pm.
