Serves 4
You’ll need: 200g Eskort Diced Bacon; 200g chips of your choice (we used a corn-based nacho chip); 2 cups grated cheese; ½ cup jalapeno achar; 1 cup sour cream; salt and pepper.
How to:
Preheat your oven to 200°C
Fry the bacon in a frying pan over moderate heat until crispy. Place the chips in a heatproof dish and top it with the cheese.
Place the chips in the oven and bake for five minutes until the cheese is bubbly
Add the bacon, to the chips and add the jalapeno achar.
Serve the nachos with the sour cream as a topping and season with salt and pepper to taste.
