The video of their song, Voshaarnooi, became a favourite on KykNet almost overnight and has been watched by over 200 000 people on YouTube.
Buoyed by the runaway success of the duet, they put together their theatre production, Jakkals en Leo, and received rave reviews.
They’ve been entertaining audiences across South Africa with this show, in which they perform Voshaarnooi, O’sole’mio (just the way Pavarotti and Bryan did it) and various hits by timeless artists like Frank Sinatra, Bryan Adams and Elvis Presley, as well as local favourites by Lucas Maree and Pikkewyne.
