The muso, singer, songwriter, vocal coach, musical director and all round musical genius had been quiet on the music release scene for a while, focusing on all his television Musical Direction commitments.
However, after a sizzling performance on the Idols SA finale stage on November 23, which saw him trending worldwide on Twitter, Idols host ProVerb mentioned RJ’s new album would be available soon which surprised a few, but excited many.
Leading with the new single, Only Ever Loved You ft. Ziyon – The 5th Story EP, consisting of five tracks which include collaborations by Can SkyLark, ProVerb and Ziyon, is a build up to his fifth solo album which will be released in 2015.
For the soul fans, the die-hard RJ Benjamin fans and just lovers of good, beautiful music – this one’s for you!
