Komati Basin Water Authority invites tenders from reputable suppliers for the provision of vehicles
Tender documents can be procured remotely and proof of payment is to be sent to Kobwa. Applicants will be required to sign a tender delivery register at reception.
The Komati Basin Water Authority (Kobwa) is a binational entity established in terms of a treaty between the Republic of South Africa and the Kingdom of eSwatini and is responsible for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of Maguga Dam in eSwatini and Driekoppies Dam in South Africa together with their supporting infrastructure. Kobwa operates from its head office at the Maguga Dam near Pigg’s Peak in eSwatini and has a water management (operations) office at Driekoppies Dam near Schoemansdal in South Africa.

Kobwa invites tenders from reputable suppliers for the provision of vehicles.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Please follow the requirements for submission outlined for the tender as per the requirements posted on the Kobwa website: www.kobwa.co.za. Enquiries are open till September 20, 2023.
Terms of reference documents will be available from August 23, 2023, between 07:30 and 16:00 at either Driekoppies Dam (+27(0)13 781 0317/9) or Maguga Dam (+268 2437 1463) reception desks upon payment of a non-refundable fee of R500/E500.
Proposals must be hand-delivered on or before 12:00 on September 22, 2023, at either Driekoppies Dam or Maguga Dam tender boxes at reception. Proposals must be clearly marked “CONFIDENTIAL”, then the name and tender bid number: KOB/MD/07/2023.
Tender documents can be procured remotely and proof of payment is to be sent to Kobwa. Applicants will be required to sign a tender delivery register at reception. Telephonic, telegraphic, facsimile, electronic and late tenders will not be accepted, but automatically disqualified.
