The Nissan Qashqai proudly continues its lineage with third edition

With a 1.3T engine, manual or new Xtronic transmissions, the all-new Qashqai's powertrain options cater for every customer requirement, with driving pleasure at the heart of it all.

The Nissan Qashqai founded the crossover segment and continued to set the benchmark, which is to be continued with this new third generation.

“As part of the Nissan Next Transformation Plan in our region, we are excited to welcome the new edition to the Qashqai family,” said Stefan Haasbroek, Nissan Africa’s marketing director. “Fourteen years after creating the crossover segment, we are confident that this model will be a game-changer and offer our customers the kind of driving experience they have come to love from Nissan.”

As part of Nissan’s launch activities, the automotive brand hosted an exclusive influencer road trip through the Garden Route. As a precursor to the launch of the all-new Qashqai, actress Zola Nombona and filmmaker and director Thomas Gumede were able to highlight their experience of the vehicle, noting the premium finishes and integration of technology to enhance the driving experience while showcasing the bold new design.

South African motorists can expect to experience e-Power technology in early 2023.
