Chill out with Nomalanga at Mami Mondays
Nomalanga Mabena recently came up with a concept she named "Mami Mondays", a social event where people gather after a long Monday for chilled vibes, which she reckons is the next big event.
Her name and pictures dominate event posters, and she is set on being the most recognised female influencer in Mpumalanga.
Nomalanga Mabena, also known as Mami from eMalahleni, is an award-winning radio presenter, MC and performing artist. Her career in the media industry dates back to 2015 when she was employed at Rise FM until 2017.
“Over the years I enhanced my craft and today I am known at different spots. My brand has grown immensely.”
She reveals that she will not only be promoting her single, “Msavovo”, produced by a local, Boyzie, but has a few surprises in store for her fans. “Besides being an MC at major events, I will be collaborating with a few well- known artists and will be hosting a workshop for MCs very soon. So people should expect to see more of me,” she said excitedly.
