They phased spectacular twists and turns along the way yet through it all they all managed to stand tall.
Their journey from the auditions to Theatre Week was nothing short of incredible with three contestants from Mpumalanga securing spots in the Top 16.
Here they are:
Bongiwe Mdaka – Tonga
Cool, calm and collected. Is easy going and every-smiling Bongiwe wowed the judges from the first note and has been blowing them away every since. Now with her Top 16 place in the bag, the 23 year old is ready to take things up a notch and show just how much she wants to win big!
Ntokozo Makhathini -Witbank
Velvet voiced Ntokozo comes with one of the most uniquely crafted voices of the season and the personality to match. The Lauryn Hill lover is eager to show off the dance moves she’s being keeping safely tucked away and now she has the perfect stage to unleash them on.
Mnqobi Dlamini- Piet Retief
The sultry voiced Mnqobi lives and breathes music. Before entering Idols he plied his trade as a performer in and around his hometown of Piet Retief in Mpumalanga. And the one thing he simply can’t wait to do on stage is dance! We can’t wait to see him unleash those moves.
