Bushfire and Morula festival artist line-up released

The event is regarded as the biggest festival in Africa by the BBC. It has also won the best responsible event at the African Responsible Tourism Awards.

MTN Bushfire recently announced its initial artist line-up that reflects the festival’s identity as a uniquely African, and yet globally infused festival experience.

Some of the first artists to be announced for MTN Bushfire 2018 taking place on May 25 – 27  include Alice Phoebe (South Africa), Dub Inc (France), Elida Almedia (Cape Varde), Flavia Coelho (Brazil), Sipho ‘Hotstix’ Mabuse (South Africa), Nathalie Natiembe (Reunion Island), Oki Dub Ainu Band (Japan), The Grammers (Finland), and Tlale Makhene (Swaziland).

Many of these artists will also tour the region as part of the innovative IGODA Southern African Festival Circuit that includes with Azgo Festival (Maputo, Mozambique), Bassline Africa Day (Johannesburg, South Africa), MTN Bushfire (Malkerns, Swaziland), Zakifo Festival (Durban, South Africa) and Sakifo Festival (Saint-Pierre, Reunion Island).

Marula Festival 

The 13th Edition of the Limpopo Marula festival is a sequel to eleventh other festivals since 2006 and every year, the event attracts more and more people from various corners of the country and our SADC partners. Adding to this marvel heritage festival is the picturesque festival destination which is the town of Phalaborwa which abounds tourist facilities and attractions. And more than this, it lies adjacent to the world renowned Kruger National Park. Here is this year’s line-up:
