Experience the back to soul launch party

Bra Sam and Lubies Media presents Soulstar's album launch in Nkomazi.

It will kick off with a pre-party on Thursday July 27 at Sicalo Court and follow with the main event on Saturday at Sivutsa Lodge.

Velaphi Sylvester Mthimkulu, also known as Soulstar, started singing from an early age in Sebokeng, Gauteng where he grew up. He has explored various genres including choral music, gospel, Isicathamiya, kwaito and R&B. After joining a group called Moonlight, he moved on to establish his own group, Cool Edition, with high school friends.

“We performed at pageants and school functions where we got a bit of exposure. I then entered the Hansa Pilsener Song Writing Competition and got second position. I have never looked back because that was when I realised my potential in the music industry,” he said.

Entry fee for the pre-party is only R50 and tickets for the album launch are R60 and R200 for VIPs.
