Bidvest Wits are currently in Stellenbosch, Cape Town, hosting their preseason camp where they will take on several teams before making a return for the inaugural Cape Town challenge at the end of July.
Head coach Gavin Hunt is no stranger to holding camps in the winelands after having previously made the trip with former team SuperSport United.
The Clever Boys had their first full day of training on Tuesday, which started with gym work as early as 6h30am and that was then followed by a mid-morning session and then a match in the afternoon.
A similar taxing schedule will remain for the rest of the week too as Hunt looks to prepare his team for the new Absa Premiership season.
All the new signings were present in the Bidvest Wits kit, and that included Thulani Hlatshwayo, Henrico Botes, Chris Katongo, Kees Kwakman, Vincent Pule and Giorgi Nergadze.
Bidvest Wits will fly to Johannesburg on Sunday and return at the end of the month to play in the inaugural Cape Town Challenge against Mamelodi Sundowns, Chippa and Ajax.
