Both the Ermelo and the Tweefontein club competitions will take place on the same day at Ermelo Country Club and Tweefontein Golf Club.

The winners of the club competitions will go through to the regional finals, and the winners here qualify for the finals at the Gary Player Country Club and Lost City Golf Course at Sun City from October 20-21.

“We were blown away by the support we received in the 2013 series and the record R3.3-million we were able to raise for the Cancer Association of South Africa (CANSA). The success of this series and its effectiveness in the fight against cancer relies on every single golfer in South Africa to play his or her part, from our patron Ernie Els to the club golfer. And we appreciate every bit of support. The Sanlam Cancer Challenge enables club golfers anywhere in the country to do something positive and make a real impact through the game they love,” said Sanlam Sponsorship Manager, Gary van Loggerenberg.
