The Rockets rising like the Mpumalanga sun

After their clash against Black Leopards at the Mbombela Stadium today, TS Galaxy will take some time off from competitive football.

The Rockets will only be making a return next Saturday when they will play host to Maritzburg United.

Currently occupying the eighth spot on the log with 23 points after 18 outings, Galaxy have turned the Mbombela Stadium into their own slaughterhouse. Since the beginning of the year, they have not lost a match in this iconic 2010 Soccer World Cup Stadium. They beat Bloemfontein Celtic 1-0 and Moroka Swallows 2-1.

As a matter of fact, they have not lost a league game since the year began. They played to an all-one draw against Chippa United and went on to play to a goalless draw against SuperSport United. “It’s really surprising how the tables have turned.
