Loiueville prove their worth in battle

The Sandile Sibande tournament, ruled by Louieville Combined School after tough and challenging games against five other local schools, took place at Matsulu open ground.

Louieville proved its abilities beyond reasonable doubt in its first game after making Sibusisiwe Secondary School suffer a great loss of 4-0.
Louieville won all the games and in the final match, it played against Tikhonteleni High School. This was after striker Magagula Mzwandile-Machawe flicked a kick into the net in the 16th minute.
Tikhonteleni came back strongly after half-time in a bid to grab the equaliser but the opposition denied their effort to defend their leading score. The losing team gained momentum forcing the opposition to defend deeply.
Tikhonteleni managed to build three chances in the last nine minutes but it all went wide at goal or kindly fell for Louieville’s defence.
The winning team comprehensively ensured contenders they were determined to win the title and finished the game with 1-0.
