Football action to commence
The first 200 supporters to purchase tickets directly from Mbombela Stadium will each receive one free match ticket for the game between Sundowns and Wits, scheduled for November 29
Top-flight football actions return to Mbombela Stadium next Tuesday when SuperSport United host Orlando Pirates in an Absa Premiership encounter. Kick-off is at 19:30.
This will be one of the five matches that Matsasantsa aka Pitori will host at the iconic stadium during the 2016/17 season.
According to Mthuthuzeli Qamba of Mbombela Stadium management, tickets for the match are already available at Computicket.
Qamba advised soccer lovers willing to purchase the tickets not to confuse PSL games and cup games.
“Unlike the MTN Cup final (Bidvest Wits vs Mamelodi Sundowns) that we hosted last month at Mbombela where tickets were exclusively available via TicketPro, for this game (SuperSport vs Pirates) tickets are available at Computicket countrywide,” Qamba explained.
He added they had introduced specials for the first 200 soccer lovers to purchase tickets at Mbombela Stadium.

Tickets for the match between SuperSport and Pirates are available at Computicket at R50 for adults and R20 for children aged two to 16.
Tickets to the stadium’s restaurant cost R150 and suites are R1 200.
Meanwhile, Matsasantsa is expected to arrive in Mpumalanga on Monday after playing their league game against Ajax Cape Town on Saturday evening at Cape Town Stadium. The Buccaneers will be coming to Mbombela, fresh from a Soweto Derby against their arch-rival Kaizer Chiefs, which is expected to take place at FNB Stadium
on Saturday.
On Monday United will hold coaching clinics at John Mdhluli Primary School and Cyril Clarke High School. Later that day, they will visit Mbombela taxi rank. Supporters will get a chance to mingle with their favourite players and also win match tickets.
Other SuperSport United matches will be played at Mbombela.
