An interesting script will be written this PSL season. I say this, analysing how things are playing out and with how teams are performing so far.

Some say it is still early to tell, as teams such as Orlando Pirates and Cape Town City might bounce back to lead the log, meanwhile others have decided that it is a season of the underdogs. Polokwane City occupies the fourth spot and they are hungry to win. Things are heating up, but teams such and Chippa United, Amazulu and newly promoted Stellenbosch are struggling to bring their A-game to the pitch. Baroka FC are also fighting to stay afloat on the 11th spot.

If they could at least win their next two games, that will give them a six-point boost to move up the log. Highlands Park are also impressing their supporters after they won 2-0 against Polokwane City, making them one of the toughest teams competing in the top five. Let us watch the action and see which teams will eventually make the cut. I am not too sure about some methods of play which are setting back some of the teams, especially those at the bottom. But it is critical to have a strong technical team able to produce results. Orlando Pirates is one of the teams under severe scrutiny under Rhulani Mokoena, and one can imagine the pressure that may make or break the team. So, let us see what happens.
