Students enjoy educational career expo at Mbombela campus

This career expo allowed the students and graduates the opportunity to ask questions and be assisted on their journey towards their chosen careers.

The University of Mpumalanga (UMP) recently hosted its 2024 career expo to provide students and graduates the opportunity to get in contact with potential employers to assist them with information on their chosen career paths.

The expo also created a platform for students to familiarise themselves with job opportunities in their respective fields of study.

The third-year Bachelor of Administration student, Kgomotso Khambule, said the expo made it possible for him to learn about the various paths he can venture into.

Tertia Nkosi, a final-year Bachelor of Arts student, is grateful for the exposure she received from the career expo. “This was an amazing experience.

I am glad to have been a part of the expo, because I managed to bag myself an interview at South African Breweries,” she said.
