Bhekiswayo’s upcoming kwaito king aims to inspire others

Tebogo Comfort Hlophe hopes that his latest album will encourage others who are talented to keep pursuing their dreams.

A local kwaito and hip-hop musician is currently working on an album titled Charma lephara, to be released in September. Tebogo Comfort Hlophe, stage name ‘Ngozi M3N’, said the album will be dedicated to his fellow talented brothers and sisters to keep pushing until they achieve their dreams.

This 29-year-old’s music career started in 2008 when he was in Grade 7. His first single was titled “Fernie mp”.

Hlophe said he ventured into the industry with the aim of creating music that would be loved by many. Since then, he has also established a loyal fan base among his community in Bhekiswayo near Hazyview, and has received positive feedback.

“My first song portrays a picture of the place I grew up in. After I released the song, I started collaborating with other artists in the music industry and got recognition in the community.”

Hlophe said his achievements as a musician include performing at local music festivals and venues, showcasing his talent to diverse audiences.

He has collaborated with talented producers and musicians on various projects. He has dreams to be famous and travel the world, sharing his music with diverse audiences.

“I wish to collaborate with well-known talented artists and producers and to inspire upcoming young artists by supporting music education programmes. Ultimately, my goal is to have a lasting impact on the music industry and to make a positive difference in the lives of my listeners.”

Hlope’s music can be streamed on digital platforms such as YouTube and Spotify.
