The much-loved market offered various entertainment activities, unique food and drinks and interaction with socialite, Somizi Mhlongo.
The first instalment of the Mbombela Farmers Market for 2024 featured a spectacular experience for locals as they mingled with the flamboyant socialite and media personality, Somizi Mhlongo, when he showcased his brand, Sompire Kids, at the Lowveld Botanical Garden on Saturday March 2.
The locals perused the aisles of local traders, offering locally brewed drinks, food, and arts and crafts.

There was live music by local artists, including the Medley River Band, Skhumba Music and various DJs.
The picnic setup gave families and friends an outdoor relaxing day in the summer’s heat.

Zippy the Clown (André Bladwell) and some waterslides and bouncy castles kept the kids entertained.
