Guests enjoys annual mental health seminar in Mbombela
The mental health activist, Pr Conny Ntshane, said those who missed out on this informative event will be able to attend the next one in October 2024.
It was a night filled with informative talks by experts at yet another successful annual mental health seminar held at The Capital Hotel Mbombela on Saturday October 28.
This year’s event tackled crucial topics rarely discussed, especially within African communities, with a focus on grief, loss and resilience.

It was hosted by Mental Health Awareness SA Foundation and led by mental health activist Pr Conny Ntshane. It featured a great line-up of speakers, including the well-known and much-loved Thembinkosi ‘Zola 7’ Dlamini.

Ntshane said she would like to thank everyone who supported this initiative.
