MTF tourney to bring fun and music to KaNyamazane

The finals of the MTF School Sports Tournament has a hot line-up of musicians as part of the entertainment planned for the sports day at KaNyamazane Stadium.

The highly anticipated final of the MTF School Sports Tournament promises to be a day full of fun and music from renowned musicians, and accompanied by talented local artists.

It is set to take place at KaNyamazane Stadium this Saturday, August 26. Four netball and four soccer teams from schools in Pienaar, KaNyamazane and KaBokweni will participate in the finals.

The organiser of the event and the secretary, Differ Mavuso, said the aim of the tournament, which is currently under way, is to entertain the youth and encourage them to participate in sports.

“We are bringing to the stage big artists such as Pabi Cooper, Focalistic, K.O and Phumla Music to allow the locals to interact with their favourites, who they can only watch on TV. We also want to create an entertainment platform for children in a safe place. There will be no alcohol allowed,” said Mavuso.
