Mr Tourism World Popularity backs nature conservation in Bushbuckridge

Mr Tourism World Popularity 2023, Abednico Mabaso, recently committed to raising awareness on the importance of nature conservation.

Mr Tourism World Popularity 2023, Abednico Mabaso, recently visited Manyeleti Game Reserve as a guest of the Mpumalanga Tourism Parks Agency (MTPA).

During the visit, he was able to witness the importance of nature conservation and the need to preserve natural resources.

Mabaso said it was truly inspiring to see the efforts being made to preserve the natural beauty of Manyeleti Game Reserve. “In my role as Mr Tourism World Popularity 2023, I am committed to raising awareness about the importance of nature conservation and the need to protect our planet for future generations,” he said. “It was refreshing to be at the reserve and to experience the beauty and tranquillity of nature. We are grateful to the MTPA for organising the visit and for their ongoing efforts to promote sustainable tourism in the region.”

Mabaso was recently crowned in the Philippines, and has emerged as a global ambassador for Africa at this prestigious pageant.
