SPAR rewards winner collects her brand-new car
The 40-year-old winner says she's ecstatic and did not see this coming.
Nonhlanhla Maseko could not hold back her excitement when she went to collect her brand-new Hyundai i20s at Malelane SUPERSPAR today, May 26. Nonhlanhla from Mjejane won one of the 60 cars SPAR is giving away countrywide, as part of their rewards programme competition which started in April. Maseko says this will be the first time she owns a brand-new vehicle.

“I am ecstatic, for when I entered the competition in April, I did not anticipate to be one of the winners. I am also grateful to the staff here for encouraging me to throw in that entry, I remember very well that I was buying baked beans and a lot of mayonnaise on that day. This is a beautiful day,” said Maseko.

Malelane SUPERSPAR’s owner, Lex Hollmann says they are equally excited that from the 60 cars to be won, one was won by a customer of this store.
“We congratulate Ms Maseko and we are thrilled that out of so many SPAR outlets in the country, we are one of the 60 winners. This is really a beautiful thing and we are chuffed about it. I encourage customers to enter such competitions when they do their shopping, there’s always a chance,” said Hollmann.
