Lusi said he collaborated with Tboy and Siyanda Khoza on the project. The single is produced by Ben SA.
This 23-year-old from Msomgwaba started singing in 2019 and was inspired by DJ Tira and Big Nas. This motivated him to release his first single, “Ngiyabonga Mama” in 2020, and never looked back.

“If there is one thing I love about my music. It is that it gives me the opportunity to make people look at things in a positive way, and they get to dance. I like to bring positivity to everything I do,” he said.

According to Lusi, what keeps him consistent is the love of his graft, although he added that there are challenges sometimes.

“The challenge I face is when people do not want to pay, but expect me to perform for free, while I have to use my own money for food and transport. For every gig that I get, I make sure that I save for the next one. This makes it difficult for me to attend another gig. It is so difficult because we have to pay for studio sessions, photo shoots and other expenses. The community has to understand that this is a way of living for us, so if you book me, make sure you meet my demands.”
